Henry Hingston receives James' house, income from Langsdown, Wandowns, Shute and Saffron Park, and the residue of the estate.

John Hingston receives £100, the Lordship of the Manor, Collard in Shaugh, the plate and pewter, various furniture & household goods, and inherits much of Henry's portion if his line is extinguished. Holman's tenement reverts to him & his heirs.

Sarah Hingston receives £300, her mother's clothes, her mother's tea table & tea furniture, other household goods. She & her heirs inherit substantially on the failure of Henry & John's lines.

Elizabeth Veale gets £50, and £60 more if neither John nor Sarah live until their majority; also the income from the Holman tenement. Elizabeth Veale's sons have life interests in Holman tenement after her death, and all of her children receive £30 each and a share in the income from the Holman tenement.

Ann Sankey receives £40, and £60 more if John & Sarah do not live to 21, plus £4 a year. Two of her children get £20 each, and £2 a year, and the third child £10.

Alice Hopwood gets £30 reduced to £10 in a codicil, and a further £60 if John & Sarah do not live to 21. The four children get £10 each.

William Hingston gets the Bowling Green field, and three quarters of the manor if John's line fails. Otherwise he appears mainly as a trustee. His children share £30 between them.

Cousins Rachael Soady & Ann Watson get suits of clothing of his former wife Elizabeth's but only if Sarah does not live to inherit.

John Morris & John Fox are mentioned only as trustees.
