The first of the two bills begins with the death of William Hingston, to whom Andrew was executor, and a hint of the problems to come over the financial affairs of of Mr Robins, who is presumed to be a brother or possibly father of his wife Sarah. Otherwise things would seem to be going reasonably well with the major business being the purchase of further property - presumably that at 'Burndowns' referred to in the entry for 7 August 1826.
